Arsenal are expected to hand manager Arsene Wenger up to £70m to spend on star names this summer, with chief executive Ivan Gazidis claiming the Gunners can compete "at a level of a club such as Bayern Munich"

 

Gazidis also insists Arsene Wenger is "still driven" and will be Arsenal manager "for the long term", despite the Frenchman being linked with a moves to PSG or Monaco.
