WHY DID YOU KILL JESUS?-Kenyan Lawyer Sues Israel For Killing Jesus

The state of Israel is being sued by a Kenyan lawyer in the International Criminal Court of Justice (ICJ) for the "trial and crucifixion of Jesus Christ," which the lawyer claims was "unlawful," according to regional media reports.
Kenyan lawyer Dola Indidis says that Israel and the Jewish people should be held legally liable for Jesus's death, according to the Jerusalem Post.
Indidis, who has taken his case the ICJ in The Hague, is also suing Tiberius, the emperor of Rome in 42 BCE, "Pontius Pilate, a selection of Jewish elders, King Herod, the Republic of Italy, and the State of Israel," according to the Post.

Indidis is using the Bible as his primary piece of evidence against Israel.

"Evidence today is on record in the Bible, and you cannot discredit the Bible," Indidis was quoted as saying by the Kenyan Citizen News.

Indidis further "insists that the government for whom they acted can and should still be held responsible," the Post reported.

Indidis, who reportedly is a former spokesman of the Kenyan Judiciary, insists that he has a "duty to uphold the dignity of Jesus."

"I filed the case because it's my duty to uphold the dignity of Jesus and I have gone to the ICJ to seek justice for the man from Nazareth," Indidis was quoted as saying. "His selective and malicious prosecution violated his human rights through judicial misconduct, abuse of office bias and prejudice."

Indidis further maintains that Jesus was not given a proper say during his trial and that his resulting punishment was unfairly carried out.

"I am suing as a friend [of Jesus]," he was quoted as saying.

When asked about the case, an ICJ official is reported to have said, "It is not even theoretically possible for us to consider this case," according to the Post.

Movie Producers Gang Up Against Tonto Dikeh Over Her Rude Attitude

What has #PokoBaby done again? Actress Tonto Dikeh's acting may be going south following threats from some movie producers and director to relegate her to the background as a result of what they described as her rude conduct recently at a location in Asaba.
"That little brat, apart from her addictions to marijuana, doesn't give a damn about whose ox is gored, she abuses, throw tantrums and fights on set at any slightest provocation and we must make sure she's humiliated.
"She seems to have gathered too much weight and has hurriedly forgotten those days when she used to go on bended knees for a 'waka pass' role in movies. We'll teach her a lesson."
According to sources, Tonto Dikeh who was playing a lead role in a movie at a location in Asaba, provoked the anger of a top movie director by her unbecoming display on set.

The director hasn't stopped telling everyone his nasty experience at the hands of the controversial actress.

According to the director who craved anonymity: "Tonto Dikeh is such a rot and lacks every bit of home training, apologies to her parents. I tried to control myself in order not to disrupt the set, but I got upset over the kind of insults Tonto heaped on the makeup artist on the set; a woman old enough to be her mother.

"She liberally used words like, 'Are you stupid, don't you know what you are supposed to do? Must I remind you before you'll know you are supposed to make me up?' on the woman who was at the verge of throwing back some punch lines at her."

Consequently, a group of directors and producers have decided not to feature the actress who currently is not even in good terms with many actress, due to her recent outburst on the social media.
Humm...serious trouble for #PokoBaby!

Funke Akindele Finally Opens Up On What Really Happened

It's all about other women, lack of attention, just coming in and going out at at will, abuse, etc. Nollywood actress Funke Akindele has opened up on the reasons behind the crash of her marriage. Although Oloyode is now begging her to come back, there is a "spiritual" angle to the saga.

Below are the revelations by Funke Akindele:
In an interview with E24-7 Magazine, she disclosed that she only enjoyed the marriage in the first 2 months.

"I was abused emotionally and verbally. Really, I felt we could work things out when the trouble started two months after the marriage, but I made up my mind and shut the door of the marriage at him when the trouble was coming to me too much.

"I stooped to conquer him; buried my fame and name to make him my husband, but it did not work. At a point in time, I asked if it's not the same man that was all over me before we married.

"He nearly got me off my career. He called me severally; I did not pick his calls but when he realized my silence was tormenting him, he took to Facebook. It's alright. Ask him when did he come to my house last? He left me here in my rented apartment with nothing and he will just dash in and dash out. He gets abusive, caustic anytime we have a misunderstanding and often told me to my face, he's going to his wife in Oshodi."

At Oshodi, she said, she received a warm welcome from the wife, Fadekemi, but constant humiliation from Kehinde.

"She [Funke Akindele] was really loved by the kids at home; she enjoyed taking them out to eateries and stores. Sometimes, they spent the weekend with her and she followed them to school. The children will surely miss her," our source, close to the family, said. Now that the cookie has crumbled, Kehinde, she said has been calling and sending text messages begging her to come back.

"He sent me sms that he has seen a buyer for his house at Adeniyi Jones for N40million. He asked me if he should sell it and that if he does, he will buy me a new car and a rent me a new apartment. Why now? I don't need all that, I want my sanity." After she ignored him, he sent her another text abusing her and calling her names. "So you can see that he does not mean well for me," she re-iterated.

E24-7 checks revealed as at Saturday evening Kehinde was combing the nooks and crannies of Ikorodu to locate Funke's dad's house. He boasted: "I will do anything to win my wife back."

Over the past few months, Funke and Kehinde had started to see things differently so the need to pull out became inexorably high. It was revealed exclusively to E24-7 MAGAZINE by sources close to Funke, that she was ready to go on with Kehinde's warts and all but for the fact that loyalty has never been his strong point - his children from different women tell it all. Kehinde, our source hinted, has a roving eye when it comes to the opposite sex and this often causes friction between him and his celebrity wife.

There are tales about his dalliance with his Personal Assistant, Funke. Observers of the marriage from inception feel that when fame and money come to a meeting point in a relationship, it will result in problems if the couple are not committed and disciplined. Moreover, a byproduct of this alliance is usually ego and it kills celebrity marriages faster than one can open the pages of tabloids and magazines. But this is not the case with Funke. "I respect him to the end but he chose to treat me that way. He said he wanted to clip my wings."

Funke and Kehinde rarely spent substantial time together even at the peak of their marriage. Both kept to hectic schedules by virtue of their chosen professions. While Funke is often involved in back-to-back shooting on movie sets, Kehinde jumps from one construction site to another; pressing buttons for his political ambitions; and keeping dates with his wife at home and other women by the side. This sort of arrangement invariably makes keeping faith with the vows of the union very difficult. In the long run, suspicion will rear its ugly head and the couple will eventually drift apart, especially when they don't live under the same roof. This is best exemplified in Funke and Kehinde's break up.

Besides, Kehinde's disturbing and haunting pasts have repeatedly stared Funke right in the face, and according to E24-7 MAGAZINE's impeccable source, Funke learnt shockingly that her once beloved hubby was expelled from the University of Jos almost as soon as he was matriculated as a student of the ivory tower. His admission, according to our source, was faulty right from the beginning and since that first attempt at tertiary education went awry, he shut his door at education. When he returned from Jos, he found strength in his entrepreneurial skill coupled with the influence and support of his mother, a market leader and successful businesswoman; he became an estate developer, building chains of shops in Oshodi market.

Gradually, he crept into politics and his popularity soared that he became a well-known grassroots politician and a great mobilizer. More than twice, Kehinde, who belonged to the People's Democratic Party (PDP), and his supporters have clashed with the NATIONAL UNION OF ROAD TRANSPORT WORKERS (NURTW) Treasurer, Musiliu Akinsanya aka MC Oluomo an Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) loyalist. Kehinde has also contested for elective posts twice; most recent, was the Oshodi/Isolo Constituency 1 House of Representatives in 2007 which he also lost.

Many years after, he reawakened his political ambition and quickly re-aligned himself by joining the Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN). To shore up his image, he found in Funke who has become popular with her movie, Jenifa and the sequel, The Return of Jenifa, a ready tool. He convinced the favourite actress to lead him to the Leader of the Action Congress of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, whom he had assaulted many years ago during the market women leadership tussle between his mother, Alhaja Almaroof and the late Iyaloja General Alhaja Abibat Mogaji.

After he atoned for his 'sins,' he joined the train of well- wishers that went to London to felicitate with the former governor when one of his sons graduated from a university in London. Reliable sources told E24-7 MAGAZINE that Kehinde's lost bid to win the contract to rebuild Oshodi market really threw him off balance and that probably made him to turn the heat on his latest wife, Funke who wanted his attention.

Despite the ill-fated turn that the relationship has taken, many of Funke's fans can't help but wonder if she hadn't known that the union was doomed to fail from the onset. The reason for this thinking is not far-fetched; firstly, Funke opted for the Muslim marriage even when many thought that she would go to the court registry to cement her marriage with Oloyede.

Secondly, sources close to the family said Kehinde was warned by spiritualists not to venture into the marriage but he declined and did not share it with Funke. In the same vein, Funke was told not to go into it by her parents but she asked them to respect her wish.

And as it plays out, she is free to remarry anytime she pleases without unnecessary legal impediments. This and many other factors contribute to the opinion shared by many of her fans that the delectable thespian knew that the future of her marriage with Oloyede will not be as long, colourful and bright as it appeared with all the glam. [But] it's just too quick and too fast to break.

Now that the requiem mass has been sung for the once celebrated union, one cannot but remember the view of controversial actress, Tonto Dikeh, who declared that: 'Nollywood brides often marry horribly.'

Actor Chidi Mokeme In $ex and Child Scandal With Habiba; A Married Woman

It is common knowledge in the Nollywood circle that actor Chidi Mokeme was the one who helped Habiba Abubakar in her duel with Jim Iyke. He assisted her to effectively counter all damaging write ups and online postings geared towards blackmailing her from getting back the huge sympathy loan she gave Jim Iyke to boost his clothing business which became the source of all her problems.

You may recall that after taking her millions, Jim Iyke, in an attempt to default from paying the loan, launched a war of blackmail against the benevolent lady claiming that his refusal to sleep with her was the sole reason why she demanded for her money. Nobody believed him as the amount was huge and with legal documents to show that it was meant to be just a loan and nothing more.

What may be news to many who followed the saga to the end, is that Chidi Mokeme, who's married, couldn't resist the dazzling beauty of the delectable lady...

The grapevine had it that Mokeme and the Abuja Lady had since became entangled in hot romance as the duo had been spotted in and out of Five Star hotels and Executive Guest Houses in the capital city and other locations In Kaduna and Kano, the birth place Of Habiba Abubakar.

Chidi Mokeme cashed into the assistance he rendered to her. His reputation for preying on vulnerable ladies is legendary. To jog your memories about this actor, Chidi Mokeme, a few years ago, was in a dirty fight with a woman he impregnated and dumped to bring up their son Daniel solo. The valiant lady pursued Chidi and finally forced him in the last four years to begin taking some responsibility for his son who was 15 years old June this year.

She is not the first one he had dumped in the like manner but the only one who had the courage to tackle him. Those on the heels of Chidi's escapade insist that the gigolo boasts that he at any given time has no less than a dozen women he is preying on. His speciality is married women and old ladies like Ita Giwa whom he has milked continuously. He operates mainly in Abuja , Lagos and P/ Harcourt.

Now back to the hottest news making the online round that Habiba now has a child for him and his family are very well aware of the new born baby, especially his mother who Habiba gave an ML Mercedes M/class during her birthday in March this year.

After trying so hard to make Habiba remove the pregnancy to protect himself , the two have now resorted to twitter and email fights and it is taking a dramatic turn with Chidi desperately threatening to publish some Internet created and generated X-rated pictures, mails, and fabricated texts messages to disparage Habiba and embarrass her and her children, who are innocent in this case.

This has resulted in a big fight. Habiba having fallen to this scammer is no pushover according to those who know her. This issue has caused her so much trouble already especially losing her marriage. Habiba is in deep shit with her husband apart from sending her away, he has also dispossessed her of her three kids. A close friend of hers commented that Habiba is now a bundle of pity, while Chidi is out there enjoying himself, probably doing same to another lady.

She is billed to reverse the press interview she granted last year denying any relationship with Chidi Mokeme to save him from embarrassment and save his reputation. She is so bitter and feels stupid allowing him to cajole her into saving his skin in the interview.

The concern of all right thinking human beings with conscience is not Chidi or Habiba because they are consenting adults, but the child. He should be properly introduced to his family. Threats to Habiba's life and reputation through damaging publications can do nothing to change the facts on ground. All their secrets are now in the public domain.

Chidi Mokeme should sulk in his new found problem and be man enough to accept responsibility and stop further damages to the two families. Let this be the final lesson to both of them.

Women are human beings and not mere objects of lust and greed. My heart go out to the innocent children he is rumoured to father.

Boko Haram Commander, Shekau, Shot By His Own Men

The highly dreaded leader of the Islamic sect, Boko Haram, Sheikh Abubakar Shekau, has reportedly been shot and deposed by aggrieved members of the sect who are close to him.
"The be-headings, the killings, the recent death of students …this is not the way of the Holy Qu'ran. We could tolerate it no longer."
Consequently, a new leader has been appointed for the sect.
The new leader, Abu Zamira Mohammed, who is the sect's leader negotiating with the federal government was unanimously chosen by the group's Shura Council.

The group also said that its ceasefire declaration is working, pointing out that there has not been any suicide bombing since the declaration. It condemned the Yobe massacre where 40 students were killed.

According to report, they said some politicians now commit murder and ascribe it to Boko Haram.

On the Kano blasts last Monday, which led to the death of about 45 people, the group blamed it on federal government's tardiness in responding to the ceasefire agreement.

A joint report published on Thursday by Dr. Stephen Davis, a conflict resolution expert and an adviser to the last three Nigerian Presidents and Phillip van Niekerk, President of Calabar Africa, a strategic advisory company focusing on Africa, quoted one Imam Liman Ibrahim, spiritual leader of Boko Haram, as saying that the change in leadership was prelude to peace negotiations with federal government.

Recall that a faction of Boko Haram entered into a back-channel dialogue with the government in the search for peace to a conflict that has seen multiple suicide bombings, attacks on public buildings and churches, and has claimed thousands of lives since 2011.

On why they decided to go against Shekau:
Imam Liman Ibrahim, spiritual leader of Boko Haram, explained that the teaching of Shekau was becoming increasingly harsh and began to depart from the Holy Qu'ran. "It was harsh, harsh, harsh," Imam Liman said when explaining the reasons for the change of leadership.

"Imam Liman explained that Shekau was given a choice of joining the peace dialogue with the government, forming his own sect or be killed. Several senior Boko Haram commanders including Shekau's Chief of Security and personal bodyguard, Abdullahi Hassan, have claimed that Shekau has since been shot in the lower leg, thigh and shoulder," a report said.

The report further added that, "Shekau's exact fate is not known. [But] a video clip recovered from a Boko Haram camp in the Sambisa Forest Reserve in the northeast Nigeria, raided by the military on May 16, shows Shekau limping, providing confirmation of reports he had been shot.

"However, Shekau has been noticeably absent from recent public statements... It had been presumed that Shekau chose to voluntarily leave peace discussions in the hands of Boko Haram's leadership group."

The JAS leadership were quoted as citing the Qu'ran as their inspiration for seeking peace.
"In the Holy Qu'ran, Sura At Tauba: Wa-injanahuu-Lisalmi Faji Nahlahaa, we are encouraged to seek peace. The Holy Qu'ran also tells us it is good to negotiate. Sura At Nisa Ayih: Wa-sulhu Haira."

The report said "Boko Haram leadership has appointed Abubakar Babasani Ibn Yusuf as spokesman to replace Zamirah. Babasani says the leadership has been consulting all senior commanders to assure compliance with the ceasefire. He said commanders as far afield as Niger, Chad, Sudan and Cameroon have agreed to the ceasefire and discussions with the Nigerian government on the subject of a peace deal."

It would be recalled that Shekau launched a series of well-planned assassinations and suicide bombings that targeted Police Force headquarters, UN building and several churches in the Northern part of Nigeria.

Omawumi denies slapping and beating up Journalist at concert

Singer Omawumi Mgbele has reacted to the on-going rumours that claim that she beat up a journalist at a concert.

The Rumour --> "According to information available to us, Omowumi has allegedly shown again why she might not be a good role model to young girls.
Recall that she had a child out of wedlock, which made some parents to advise their wards, who were earlier looking up to her, not to copy her at all because getting a child out of wedlock is against a typical Nigerian culture.
Now, the Warri-born singer-cum-actress has been alleged of attacking a photo-journalist at an event held in Lagos recently.
While carrying out his lawful duty, the photo-journalist, Adekola Bamigbala attempted to take pictures of Omawumi, but little did he know that danger was lurking around for him, as the singer allegedly pounced on him, snatched his big camera and with it, dealt him heavy strikes in the face in quick succession, which gave Bamigbala a swollen face.
It was big and strange flashes, not from his camera, but from alleged assaults from Omawumi that the journalist could see. Nigeriafilms.com called Omawumi, but a lady, who claimed not to be her, refused to speak with us when we explained why we called. But the voice Nigeriafilms.com heard sounded like Omawumi, which made us to believe probably the singer is not willing to speak with us on the matter. Nigeriafilms.com immediately sent an SMS to her (Thursday), which has not yet been replied to four days after..."
Well the singer has debunked the claims.

Kogi State University VC sacked, Council Dissolved

Kogi State University VC sacked, Council Dissolved

The Vice Chancellor of Kogi State University, Anyigba, Prof. Hassan Isah, has been sacked by the Kogi state government. Also the governing council of the institution has been dissolved. The shake-up in the administration of the state owned tertiary institution, followed the recent audit carried out in the institution, which seriously indicted the vice chancellor for allegedly mismanaging the resources of the institution, to the tune of over N200million according to sources from Lord Laggard. He has also changed his twitter bio to his new label name and nothing referring to his former label, Mavin Records.

Before I Write A Book (Part 2) - By Basketmouth

As written by comedian Basketmouth...
As I pay respect to those great men that changed my life, the seemingly little gestures that shaped me and have made  me who I am... I recall another long evening...
Year 2000, Fame pre-award concert.  Dele Olukoju and Wale Oluwaleimu were the stage/project managers. I had met Wale before then and he had suggested I come perform in my bid to build a name.
I went there with a friend of mine,we had spent the last kobo on us transporting ourselves and getting food to eat as the event didn't start early enough. Continue...
My performance was done @ about midnight. It was a great outing for me. As it was time  to leave,I met with the show organisers hoping I'd be paid for my service or get a little change for transport. Unfortunately, communication had gone wrong somehow as they thought I was doing the performance for free.

Man arrested in Lagos for having sex with a mad woman

According to a story by PM News, officials of the Lagos State Government arrested the man you see above for having sex with a mad woman.

21-year old man, Lateef Sulaiman, for allegedly scaled a 14-feet fence to gain entrance into the Lagos State Rehabilitation and Training Centre, Majidun area of Ikorodu, Lagos, to have sex with the said mad woman.

Sulaiman was said to have jumped into the female dormitory around 9.30 p.m. and had sex with the mad woman before he was arrested and handed over to the taskforce at Alausa.

In his confessional statement at the taskforce headquarters, Sulaiman allegedly said he had had sex with a mad woman at the rehabilitation centre on five occasions before his arrest, saying that he knew where the female dormitory was because he had gone to the centre in the past to seek employment and had thoroughly studied the environment.

He was arraigned at the Special Offences Court, Alausa in Ikeja for his alleged offence
Sulaiman was slammed with a four-count charge. In the first count charge, he was said to have scaled the 14-feet fence of the rehabilitation home and slept with a  mentally ill inmate and thus committed an offence punishable under the laws of Lagos State.

Having pleaded not guilty, he was granted bail in the sum of N50, 000 with two sureties who must be civil servants and present evidence of tax payment for five years.

Sulaiman could not meet the bail conditions and was remanded at the Badagry Prison.

According to a report by a Nigerian lawyer living in Benin Republic who sent out the story to the media, in the early hours of yesterday morning, Wednesday July 31st, the police department of the Republic of Benin carried out a house to house search of Nigerians living in Cotonou, who don't have their passports and ID cards. The Nigerians they found wanting were bundled up and quarantined in a local primary school (pictured above).

A few other nationalities like Ghanaians and Nigers were also picked up but majority were Nigerians. The Benin police say they plan to continue their raid because some foreigners were constituting a nuisance in the area.
