Always having been one to open up to the public, Kim even flaunts her bare belly on screen in the forthcoming episodes.
At one point in the 30-second advert she stands lifting up her white vest to reveal her large stomach and black underwear.
The 32-year-old E! reality star’s pregnancy clearly doesn’t get off to a good start as she rants about her body.
In other scenes Kim is also seen crying - and she isn't the only one.
The stars of the series including Khloe, Kourtney, Rob and Kris Jenner narrative the short clip.
‘People think they know us. All our secrets, all those crazy ups and downs.
'But they don’t know the half of it,’ they state as they get viewers to tune into the new episodes to see even more of their much-exposed life.
The video shows Rob, 26, bawling as he presumably struggles to come to terms with his weight gain, failed relationships and less than successful career.

The outspoken star then asks the matriarch of the family whether her husband Bruce Jenner is moving out of the family home.
