Paulinho is currently participating in the tournament with Brazil, and the race for his signature has hotted up in recent weeks.
The north London outfit are interested in the 24-year-old box-to-box midfielder along with Inter Milan's Fredy Guarin.
Though reports have suggested that Spurs are set to meet his buyout clause which stands at £17m, Paulinho inists he will decide upon his future after the tournament draws to a close.
"Unfortunately, at this moment in time, nobody has offered Corinthians the fee set in my contract for my sale," Paulinho told Italian publication Gazetta dello Sport.
