Why was Cristiano Ronaldo clubbing in Lisbon until 7am since He claimed to missed Mourinho's last Madrid match with a bad back... so

CR7 ruled himself out of Jose Mourinho's Real Madrid send-off ahead of Mourinho's return Chelsea with an injury, but it didn't stop him partying until 7am.

The Real Madrid superstar emerged from Lisbon's Lust nightclub at 7am on Sunday morning, just hours after missing Real Madrid's final match of the season amid rumours of a fallout between him and compatriot Mourinho.

Striding out: But Ronaldo had ruled himself out of Jose Mourinho's final match at Real Madrid with a bad back
Ronaldo has been linked with a move away from the Bernabeu, and new Stamford Bridge boss Mourinho delivered a parting shot at the superstar, suggesting he and fellow rebels Pepe and Iker Casillas had deliberately ruled themselves out of his last game in charge, a 4-2 home win over Osasuna.
Mourinho told Spanish television channel Interconomia: ‘The players not in the team had either been declared injured by club doctors, or have declared themselves injured. Pepe, Cristiano and Casillas all ruled themselves out with back pain. They did not train all week and they did not train very well last week either.’

Despite Ronaldo's injury, he is thought to have flown into Portugal on Saturday and is believed to have gone for late dinner at a restaurant before eventually meeting up with some footballer friends - including Reading's Daniel Carrico and countrymen Manuel Fernandes - at the club.

The split between Mourinho and his players was never as clear as in the tunnel before the final home game of the season as he waited until the last moment possible to take to the pitch.

Ronaldo was also in the tunnel waiting to be awarded a post-season prize and not a word was exchanged between the pair.
Madrid defender Alvaro Arbeloa admitted Mourinho had been betrayed by his players.

He said: ‘Mourinho gave everything for the club, always putting it first and sometimes his image was affected by that. I am not sure everyone else, players included, can say  the same.

‘A lot of us worried that we might look bad in the media. We worried about having a good public image and we spoke always for our own benefit. There is a good group of players here and we all have a good relationship but perhaps we lacked maturity at times.’

Ronaldo was also back in training for his national side on Monday ahead of their World Cup Qualifier with Russia on Friday.
Portugal lie third in Group F, one point behind their opponents on Friday - who top the group - and behind Israel on goal difference.

And so by popular demand: the Special One I. Jose Mourinho put back swaggers  to Stamford Bridge as a gun-smoked action man in search of his sequel, striding through wreckage as Real Madrid burns in the distance beside the smouldering remains of Inter Milan.
Mourinho rarely goes quietly, and three divisive years at Madrid ended with a blaze of flashbulbs at the Bernabeu.
Some have wondered openly about his state of mind but there will be no rest. It is straight to Chelsea, his homeland where a heroic reputation is utterly unblemished among fans even if, behind closed doors, people still talk of his less appealing methods of manipulation and control.

Mourinho will squeeze the life from a club in pursuit of his own needs, according to his critics, and he will deliver charm and confrontation in equal measure. In return, his team will compete.

You know what you’re getting with him these days but he will find subtle differences in the place he left six years ago.
Chelsea are a little more cocksure than they were, certain of their place among the elite with a European Cup in the record books. Roman Abramovich will expect Mourinho to operate within a managerial framework, notably liaising with technical director Michael Emenalo.

Mourinho has never been comfortable with those he viewed as company men, imposed from above. There were always clashes with Frank Arnesen and he was suspicious of Avram Grant. He prefers the old-school way of surrounding himself with trusted allies.
Abramovich trusts Emenalo’s quiet diplomacy to overcome issues which were troublesome in the past but no-one knows how this will go in practice.

Mourinho will bring a backroom team which includes loyalists Rui Faria and Silvino Louro, who were with him in his first Chelsea spell.
In the employment of Louro, however, there is potential for conflict given the fascinating dynamic that is the goalkeeper-coaching situation.
Christophe Lollichon is the coach and he and Petr Cech are very tight. But Mourinho trusts Louro, the former Portugal keeper, to the point where he backed him in a conflict with Iker Casillas, the wedge which split the dressing room at Real Madrid.

Cech is one of Chelsea’s dressing-room leaders: intelligent, forthright and respected. He has spoken publicly in support of Mourinho but will not appreciate it if his rhythm is disrupted.
Luiz Felipe Scolari blamed the Cech-Lollichon axis for twisting dressing-room opinion against him, although the goalkeepers always pleaded their innocence.

Lollichon worked with Cech at Rennes before following him to Chelsea to replace Louro after Mourinho and his backroom team were sacked in 2007.
As long as Mourinho handles this well, the goalkeeping position ought to be one of strength for Chelsea.

At 31, Cech is still young for his position and has enjoyed another excellent season, while Thibaut Courtois has established a fine reputation during two years on loan at Atletico Madrid.

The delicate matter of precisely when to recall Courtois will occur at some point but, for the moment at least, the 21-year-old Belgian seems happy to bide his time. Elsewhere, the team require attention and early in the negotiation process with Abramovich, Mourinho is understood to have demanded the backing to rebuild the team and the freedom to target his own players.
Some of these concessions have been made by the owner but Chelsea’s recruitment strategy has changed in the last six years and Mourinho has had to give a little in return.
If this is to be a brief and explosive second coming, as some people predict, then this is an area where conflict is likely to occur. Mourinho wants to sign a top striker but Abramovich won’t want to give him £50m or more to spend on one player.
He will be expected to co-operate with Emenalo, who channels football expertise from the coaching team to an executive level.
Such a relationship was a source of tension before the 2007 split. Abramovich installed Grant in a similar role and he was regarded by Mourinho as little more than a spy. Arnesen usually had an opinion, too.
There were disagreements, such as when the board pushed to sign Alex from PSV because the club already controlled his ownership rights, but Mourinho was not convinced about the Brazilian defender.

The manager made critical asides on such matters and lost patience with Andriy Shevchenko, although there are those at the club who will always insist that in private Mourinho was never quite so opposed to the signing. It was the principle of others meddling in his sphere of expertise which irked him and perhaps he is better equipped to handle this after working at political hot-houses such as Inter and Real.

During his absence, the Chelsea policy has been to target younger players, often from Brazil, such as David Luiz and Ramires. Or hot properties like Courtois, Oscar, Eden Hazard and Romelu Lukaku — whom Mourinho does not want to send out on loan.

The club have long been pursuing Lazar Markovic, a 19-year-old ‘second striker’ at Partizan Belgrade. They have competition, notably from Inter.
Abramovich will not reverse this strategy but the middle-ground agreement means he will support Mourinho to strengthen the squad with some oven-ready signings, with a view to challenging for the prestige titles next season.
The Russian will be wise enough to accept the case set out by interim manager Rafa Benitez that this squad, although wonderfully blessed in some areas, is alarmingly thin in others.

Mourinho will want to add power, pace and muscle, hence the interest in Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale. It is hard to see him accommodating the attacking trio of Juan Mata, Oscar and Hazard in one team, as Benitez did. In fact, it’s hard to see him accommodating two of them.

When at Real, he advised against signing Hazard, but the Belgian finished his first campaign in England in terrific form.
Forward Andre Schurrle is a long-term target of the board and ready to sign from Bayer Leverkusen. His style suits Mourinho’s but his transfer is tied in with Kevin de Bruyne joining Leverkusen on loan. Chelsea may opt to sell De Bruyne for £15m, which is on the table from Borussia Dortmund.
Strikers are a priority. Mourinho would like an upgrade on Fernando Torres, although Monaco’s arrival as big-money team-builders has already seen them beaten for top target Radamel Falcao and may interfere with their interest in Hulk.
Strength and quality is required in midfield, too, with Marouane Fellaini a long-standing target who is expected to be on the move from Everton this summer.
Mourinho will trust Ashley Cole at left back, with Southampton teenager Luke Shaw viewed as a long-term successor, but will expect improvements elsewhere across the back four.

Although he adapted slightly to satisfy demands at the Bernabeu, his teams have always been defensively solid. David Luiz, wanted by Barcelona, does not seem like a Mourinho player but is an Abramovich favourite, earmarked as a future captain.
The future of Luiz may offer a clue as to how the power-sharing has been divided in the new agreement.
Frank Lampard and Cole agreed new deals after negotiations with Mourinho had been opened and John Terry will be encouraged to stay despite reservations on the board. Terry is 32, into the last year of his contract, and knows he must prove able to compete regularly after a season blighted by injuries. Benitez was reluctant to play him in back-to-back games.
Michael Essien has a year left on his Chelsea contract after spending a season on loan at Real Madrid, where Mourinho  converted him successfully into a right back, a role in which he could continue at Stamford Bridge. Monaco want Branislav Ivanovic — and Monaco’s money is talking at the moment — whereas Cesar Azpilicueta does not have the cut of a Mourinho player.
When he arrived in 2004, the Portuguese manager addressed areas of concern in one sweep, backed by the financial clout of Abramovich. In came Cech, Didier Drogba, Ricardo Carvalho, Arjen Robben and Paulo Ferreira, among others less memorable.

This time he may find it more difficult. For one, he is compromised by the commitment to sign more young players but there are also far more clubs with comparable wealth — Monaco, PSG, Manchester City and Anzhi — and those who always had historic appeal such as Bayern Munich, Barcelona, Real Madrid and Manchester United.
This extends to success on the field, although he will be encouraged by managerial changes in Manchester, which he will view as points of weakness and doubtless seek to exploit.

At Stamford Bridge, Mourinho will be for ever special as the man who brought Chelsea their first title in 50 years. Beyond that, he built the framework for a team which survived a decade, winning trophies every year, and he puts his legacy on the line by daring to return.
No-one would accuse him of dodging a challenge and it will be even more impressive if he can rekindle his success in more testing circumstances.

How I got Nabbed with Hard drugs –Yoruba actress Taiwo Akinwande (Wunmi) reveals

In the ears of many a movie fan, the name, Taiwo Akinwande would hardly ring an immediate bell. But mention her stage name, Yetunde Wunmi, and a lot of faces would light-up instantly. In the Yoruba film industry, Yetunde Wunmi has earned a name for herself. For over three decades, the pretty actress enjoyed tremendous popularity. That was until about six years ago when she was nabbed with hard drugs at the airport on her way to Europe. She was convicted and sentenced to a two-year jail term which she has served. Getting her side of the sad experience was very difficult. It was like engaging a two-year-old kindergarten pupil in a difficult mathematical question. In  this  interview, Wunmi confessed that the drug incident is her only regret in life. “That was the bitter pill that would remain in my system for the rest of my life, and it’s my only regret in life,” she tells The Entertainer. Excerpts: How I was arrested It was on September 19, 2006. I was billed to travel to the United Kingdom. So I got to the airport early enough to catch my plane. But then, I was arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency at the Murtala International Airport in Lagos. I was arrested on drug related offences. Initially, I thought I was in a dream, but it later turned out to be a reality. It was a sad experience for me to remember because that event almost cost me my life. I ended up serving a two-year-jail term. Really, I lost so many things to that incident. And it did a lot of damage to my image  as an actress and  even among my colleagues in the industry. It’s my only regret in life that I had to get involved in drugs. But I thank God that I came out of the mess after serving a two-year jail term. I also thank God that though the situation I found myself was that bad, the news of my drug offence wasn’t that of my obituary. Truly, I have learnt my lessons  the hard way. Lessons learnt I have said it earlier that I have learnt my lessons the hard way. I learnt that nothing in life is permanent, that there are no permanent friends and enemies. During my travails, I learnt lessons about the ups and downs of life. For instance, a rich man today can become poor tomorrow, and a poor man today can become rich tomorrow. Even, I learnt my lessons about death. That, though life is good and worthy to live, death remains the end of all souls. It’s the end, no matter who you are. It was really, a sad story to tell, but I thank God I am still alive to tell the story. What I lost I lost almost everything. For instance, I lost my privacy.  I lost my popularity that I have worked hard for, for about three decades. I lost some of my close friends and my relationship with many people broke-up as a result of the sad incident. Nobody would like to relate with an ex-convict. But, honestly, some of them showed great concern and understanding. They saw my problem as a phase in the course of my career and life as well. They really gave me hope that time heals all wounds and that eventually came to pass. I wouldn’t want to mention names, but there were some of my colleagues that despised me while so many others showed great understanding. They showed me love and concern. It was God that really intervened and strengthened me after I served my two-year jail term. So many people treated my case as that of the prodigal son. The Association of Nigeria Theatre Practitioners (ANTP) actually brought me back to life. They rekindled my hope and my career was put back on track. I was able to overcome the sad experience through the unflinching support of everybody that stood by me during the trying period. It was terrible indeed. But today, the rest is history. How I got back on  my feet It was the grace of God. Even at a particular point in time, I became confused. I didn’t know where to start from, but God really used some people in the entertainment industry to put my career back on track. Since then, I have been enjoying a breakthrough and I’m now back on my feet. The truth is that I didn’t allow my past experience to weigh me down. I didn’t allow it to disturb my future. But I was able to cope during that period through the grace of God. My humility also played a very important role in getting me back on track. It was difficult for me to cope, initially, but one virtue God gave me is humility. And that helped me a lot. Even before the sad incident, I was a very humble person. For me, popularity didn’t get to my head. I don’t brag about anything, but I know quite well that my humility actually helped me a lot during the trying period. I was humble after my humiliating experience, and I felt real great remorse for what actually happened to me. I regretted, and still regret  it. In the end, I saw it as my destiny and the sad experience actually humbled me in life. A new life With God, everything is possible. Since the sad incident, I have started my life anew. I have repented from all my wrongdoings. I even went to Saudi Arabia in 2011 to perform the Hajj and that afforded me the opportunity of telling Almighty Allah all of my earlier trespasses. I confessed my sins in His presence and I promised never to return to such sins. Today, all that is now in the past. Today, everything is new in my life, and I’m always grateful to Almighty Allah who actually preserved my life during that trying period. Now, I’m hopeful that God has answered my prayer because since the time I came back from Saudi Arabia, everything, I mean my whole life, has become new and I’m back on my feet with renewed hope and vigour.

The Bumper 2 Bumper Mavins Artist Wande Coal Parts Ways With MAnager

Mavin Records artiste, Wande Coal has allegedly parted ways with manager, Sunday Are. NET gathered that the singer disclosed this to a few associates; saying Are" has ceased to function as his manager and asked that further dealings should be directed to his new management, according to industry sources Investigations carried out by NET reveals that Sunday Are" who is the CEO of an artiste management outfit, List Entertainment has been a long standing associate of the artiste. Sunday Are' acted in the capacity of a manager to the Mo' Hits team (which comprised of D'banj, Don Jazzy, Wande Coal, Dr. Sid, D' Prince and Kay Switch) before the label was disbanded in 2012. Since 2005, he oversaw the careers of the individual artistes as well as a group. When the label collapsed in 2011, Are continued to manage the career of the newly formed Mavin Records artistes : Wande Coal, D'Prince and Dr. Sid and CEO, Don Jazzy. It is still unclear why Coal who's working to return to the big league, is parting ways with Are. We could not immediately reach the singer for comments as he was away working in South Africa. And Are was apparently too upset to discuss the matter when we contacted him. 'If you know me very well, you will know that Wande is too small for me to talk about. Please don't call me again'. We're told a new manager, named Nana has already been appointed by the singer. Sources say that for some time, Nana had been the one responsible for most of Wande Coal's bookings and management. 'Nana has been Wande's manager for a while. Mr. Are" only camouflages as his manager whenever there's a big deal on the table. In fact he doesn't really do much, but Wande just gives him that respect as an elderly man, and keeps him on', one source told us over the weekend. Terfa Tilley-Gyado, a rep for Mavin Records who talked to NET also confirmed that Nana now runs Wande Coal's management. 'Are is like the general manager for the Mavin crew, but Nana solely manages Wande Coal, and it is not as a result of any problems between them'. With his album release date almost around the corner, the 'Black Diamond', as Wande is fondly called, must be prepping up to put in place a more committed team that can rejuvenate his career. Are, a veteran percussionist and conga player who has worked with the likes of Orlando Julius, Obesere, Majek Fashek and Lagbaja has excelled in artiste management, as his outfit is also home to songstress, Omawumi, jazz musician, Ayodele and rapper, F-Shaw.
