Mesut Ozil: I am a Gunner as He Reveals He cant wait to get started for the EPL

Arsenal's new record signing Mesut Ozil is relishing the challenge of playing in the 'physical' Barclays Premier League and has no worries about coping with the demands of 'a man's sport'.
The 24-year-old Germany midfielder was speaking after training with his new team-mates for the first time this morning, following his £42.5million switch from Real Madrid.
'I look forward to playing in this league - I watched so many Premier League games,' Ozil said. 'Of course, its very physical, it's a man's sport, and I want to prove myself in England. I also played in Bundesliga and Spain and proved myself.'

Ozil also spoke about why he was not disappointed to have left Madrid, how manager Arsene Wenger's trust in him was key to the switch and how he feels the Premier League is 'the strongest league in the world'.
'The most important thing was what the manager thinks about me and what his plan for me is. I decided to come to Arsenal because I have the trust and familiar environment here,' he said,
'I would have come here without a fee. The most important is that the manager trusts me, that's the crucial point. I've talked about this in the past, I didn't get the respect and trust - it was a bit difficult.
'When I spoke to Arsene Wenger on the phone I felt the respect. I need the respect. I don't want to talk about Real Madrid, that topic is over. I will have many years here.
'I'm not disappointed - I'm at Arsenal, one of the biggest clubs in the world.
'I had a very good time in Madrid - I had friends there and good moments. You could see from their reaction they didn't understand the move. But you have to look ahead. I'm in the strongest league in the world and I have to continue developing.
They didn't have to say a lot about the club. I know how successful they have been, players like (Thierry) Henry, (Cesc) Fabrgeas. Many young players came here and got to become one of the best players in the world.'

The midfielder said he was delighted to have signed for the Gunners and feels the side can challenge for Premier League title.
'It feels great to be an Arsenal player, I feel very good,' he said.
'The city is very nice and you can see how familiar this club is. When I arrived everything was great, the boss is great and everyone is very cordial. He will improve me and I'm very happy to be part of this team.
'I couldn't really think a lot about Arsenal because I had to focus on Germany but I asked Per (Mertesacker) and Pod (Lukas Poldolski) about it. I was curious and I look forward to it.
'The young players develop well here and this one of the reasons I came here. I'm really happy to be here under such a great manager.
'We want to play offensive football and to keep clean sheets. We can't promise to win trophies but I will promise to give all to win trophies
'Of course, we can challenge for Premier League title. I know the team and what talent we have here. Everyone wants to be successful, this one of the biggest clubs ins the world. It will be difficult because it's one of the strongest leagues in the world.'

Footballers have long had a penchant for bizarre styles as shown by the likes of Giovanni Simeone.
The River Plate star resorted to drastic measure to try and make a name for himself after living in the footballing shadow of his father, Argentina legend Diego Simeon, by turning up for training with a strange shaved top of the head, with long back and sides, and finished off with a delightful quiff on the crown of his head.

Man who had sex with a goat is jailed for six weeks

goat-main-2268943 A man has been jailed for six weeks for having sex with a goat.
Robert Newman, 23, attacked the animal in a barn in Devizes, Wiltshire, and left it so badly injured after the sick night time attack that it had to be treated by a vet.
Newman had initially denied one charge of having sex with a living animal between April 5 and April 16 this year, but later changed his plea and admitted the offence.
He had already been banned from every farm in the country in a bid to protect livestock, but magistrates jailed him for six weeks today after hearing a victim impact statement from the goat’s female owner.
The woman, who was not named, said: “My husband is worried about me being on the farm on my own.
“This person has cost us a considerable amount of money because we have had to install security cameras.
“We have also had to pay for vets fees and antibiotics for the injuries sustained by the goat.”
Defending Newman, solicitor Anne Ellery told North West Wiltshire Magistrates Court that his behaviour was a “symptom of isolation rather than depravity”.
She said: “This is a young man suffering from isolation.
“His understanding of what happened is unknown to him.
“Treatment is certainly something that he will need to seek.
“His delay in admitting the behaviour was because of the embarrassment and shame that went with it.”
In his own statement, Newman said: “I don’t want to be this bad person anymore, I just want to get on with my life and do good.
“I want to stand before you and say I am sorry and I just want to be back with my family.”

In an interview with Hot FM in Abuja, Denrele was said to have confirmed the rumours when he asked if the rumours were true.
Here is what he told Hot FM:
“I had a lot of people come to me during the ‘Beverly season’ funny thing is that we filled Beverly form in Goldie’s house, Goldie was in US at the time, I had filled 12, then another 12 infact close to like 50 people, everybody had their own personality and I had to make it special for everyone.
‘In her (Beverly) own case, I kept telling her oya (sic) start writing, she was a little non-challant, before we even got Beverly to write it was difficult, others took it seriously, we just need people to give us that extra push in this country which is what we lack, the industry is wide enough for everyone.
Big Brother House mate Oneal from Botswana was quoted to have said ‘he was in the studio and they came to pick him up for the Competition’

Photos: Dayo Adeneye (D1) In Paternity Scandal

Culled From National Enquirer

There`s definitely a top secret popular broadcaster, Dayo Adeneye a.k.a D1 would not want anybody to know if he has his way but unfortunately the beans has been spilled. The business partner of the famous Kenny Ogungbe of PrimeTime Entertainment fame is sure having sleepless night over his amorous affair with a lady who`s based in the UK.

According to sources, Dayo Adeneye must have bitten more than he can chew as his unguarded extra marital affairs has started to hunt him as plans to get rid of the pregnancy which his UK mistress had for him was abortive leaving D1 at crossroads.

This office gathered reliably that D1 met this Calabar born babe, Susan Ekpe during the 2009 Nottinghill Carnival and the duo has been closely inseparable since then to the extent that D1 found her house in London as second home and was even at his best when Susan came to Nigeria for the first time, learnt he sent his car to pick her at the airport and also spoilt her silly during her stay.

The source who`s close to the lovebirds hinted that the once bubbly Susan is now a sad lady as she now has to nurture and fend, all alone for her almost 2 years old child, a bouncing baby girl who`s D1`s perfect replica.

We were told that, D1 had actually been strict with the use of condom during the constant relationship that lasted almost 4 years until he decided to go it `raw`  one fateful evening.

Weeks after, the result came and our dear D1 stood his ground that it must be an abortion, though Susan who`s then in her early 30s tried all she could but unfortunately the baby who`s now named Rebecca refused to be aborted given credence to its Biblical meaning of ~To Bind~, so the baby has forever bind the union.

Rebecca`s mum who works in the UK is sick and tired of everything, according to sources, she`s not asking for too much, not marriage this time but for the broadcaster to take up his responsibility and all this she has tried to pursue in a solemn and subtle way without success.

In our facts finding mission, we tried to get in touch with Dayo Adeneye for his own side of the story, when this office got him, he was so attentive but the moment he heard the name, Susan Ekpe, he quickly cut off the phone, and we however rang him back severally but he ignored the calls.

Photos: Mother Keeps Dead Son's Body For 18years In Family House

A mother whose son died 18 years ago pickled him in alcohol and stashed his corpse in the basement where she has cared for him ever since. Tsiuri Kvaratskhelia keeps Joni Bakaradze’s body entombed in a wooden coffin beneath the family home in Georgia, eastern Europe. But despite having died in 1995, the 22-year-old has remained almost perfectly mummified, thanks to his mother’s constant love and attention. And every year on his birthday she gives him a change of clothes – until four years ago when decay finally made the feat impossible. Joni, whose cause of death remains unknown, is finally beginning to decompose since illness prevented Mrs Kvaratskhelia from giving him the daily care he needs.
